À 2 reprises j’ai fait affaire avec l’opticienne qui se nomme Frédérique et j’ai été entièrement satisfaite. Elle a bien compris mes goûts, mes besoins et pris le temps nécessaire pour bien me servir. Je vous recommande chaleureusement cette lunetterie. Félicitations à toute votre équipe.
 I love going to this eyewear. The decor is pleasant, there are many choices of frames and the service is impeccable. On two occasions I have done business with the optician named Frédérique and I was completely satisfied. She understood my tastes, my needs and took the necessary time to serve me well. I warmly recommend this eyewear. Congratulations to your entire team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service hors pair, tant à la réception, qu'à l'examen ou au choix des lunettes et à l'ajustement final. Les conseillères et loptométriste sont vraiment à l'écoute des besoins et sont tous très sympathiques. On pourrait penser que le service pourrait souffrir du au fort achalandage, mais c'est faux! Ils sont dévoués et prennent le temps. Je recommande !
Unparalleled service, both at the reception, the examination or the choice of glasses and the final adjustment. The counselors and the optometrist are really attentive to needs and are all very sympathetic. You would think that the service could suffer due to the high traffic, but it is wrong! They are dedicated and take the time. I recommend !

Disappointing experience. My prescription was wrong. I took another test, still not correct. I've had my glasses changed three times and they insist that the prescription is correct when I can't see well. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lors de la journée de mon rendez vous je me suis presenter là-bas pour mon examen de la vue. Il ne trouvait pas mon nom dans leur système. Comme si mon rdv n’avait pas été bien enregistrer il s’était tromper. Il n’on jamais voulu me prendre pour mon examen alors que c’était leur erreur. Je me suis déplacer pour rien. Je ny retournerai plus ! Gros manque de professionnalisme
On the day of my appointment I went there for my eye exam. He couldn't find my name in their system. As if my appointment had not been well recorded, he was wrong. They never wanted to take me for my exam when it was their mistake. I moved for nothing. I won't be going back there again! Big lack of professionalism

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je vois ici les commentaires avec le Dr.Montplaisir et je dois avouer qu'au premier abord, il semble être fatigué de son travail car il n'a pas l'air très jovial. Ceci dit,après un deuxième rendez-vous avec lui pour mon deuxième enfant,je dois avouer qu'il fait très bien son travail comparativement à d'autre place que je suis allée. J'ai trouvé qu'il prenait son temps de bien évaluer . J'ai aussi aimé sa franchise car mon fils n'était pas obligé de porter de lunette . À d'autre place souvent c'est ce qu'ils veulent vendre.... Bref, j'ai eu le droit à des sourires de sa part !!! C'est maintenant là que nous retournerons !
I see here the comments with Dr.Montplaisir and I must admit that at first glance, he seems to be tired of his work because he does not seem very jovial. That said, after a second appointment with him for my second child, I must admit that he does his job very well compared to other places I've been. I found that he took his time to assess well. I also liked his frankness because my son was not obliged to wear glasses. In other places often it's what they want to sell.... In short, I had the right to smiles from him!!! This is now where we will return!
