I love their passion and inclusivity - every BODY is beautiful and EVERYbody is a dancer. This company goes above and beyond to make sure that their students have the most positive, supportive, and safe experience. When necessary, they have done an incredible job at pivoting due to the public health orders changing. I am now going into my 4th term.

Everyone was committed to Covid safety, while maintaining an inclusive and caring community for everyone involved! More fun than I could ever have imagined (and I knew it was going to be great)!

For sure, the experience of connecting and growing with a group of women for five months at a time and then performing in a live show with so many phenomenal humans is a huge part of the joy. But it's so much more than glitzy costumes and killer choreography. I do it for myself. Two hours a week where all I think about and focus on is this mom/wife/boss/daughter/sister/friend named Hilary. It's indulgent and it's essential. It's taught me what self-care can really be, and it's carved out the time for me to breathe and remember how to take up all my space. It's a huge part of what's carried me through 2021 and into 2022. If you're interested in trying but also terrified, that is a very normal feeling! I can't say that my experience would be the same for everyone, but I can say there's a place for everyone.

I came to a trial class post partum after my first baby having not danced since my teens for fun exercise and I found so much more. The community element cannot be overstated, nor can the opportunity for personal growth that comes from pushing your comfort zone and getting on stage to perform, some for the first time ever. I look forward to class every week and show weekends are one of the highlights of my year. As a busy working mom I can say this is one of the only things I do purely for myself and it is magic!
