★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obtained a guest list, arrived at the club at 10:05 pm (5 mins after the club opened, please pardon my tardiness), and obtained a special little ticket for my special little guest list I had made (yay me!). About a block and a half away from the club we started our journey. A journey which ended 2:15 hrs later when my (3 friends) and I booked an Uber about 40 people back from the entrance, tired, miserable, and wet (from the rain, not anyone in line). We saw countless bouncers grant numerous people entrance for the small price of $20 each, soliciting the line as if we were in a mental torture game that would only end if we promised $20 extra dollars. For two hours, we were constantly told a time estimate and that the line would be moving shortly, all with the promise of being a block and a half away to entice us to stay. Overall, left bitter, sober, and enemies with an Irishman in the line behind me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a concert there, everything fine, until the concert ends and 15min later you are thrown out of the club like you are piece of garbage.
And apparently is "prohibited" to stay in front of the club after it's been closed, because the guy comes yelling at you to leave the place and go somewhere else when me and my friends were just waiting for the cab.
Horrible service, horrible way to treat your customers after all.

We were a group of 9 individuals who visited your club for the first time. We were enjoying ourselves in the amidst of the fun atmosphere minding our own business. A few moments later when it was just us females dancing and enjoying the vibe, out of nowhere half eaten food is thrown at our faces at a great speed. It felt humiliating and quite disrespectful. By speculation, it could be perceived that it was thrown at us by a group of white males from the stage. Two of my friends had food hit them in their faces. When the issue was brought upon the waitress’s notice, she apologized and got the area cleaned up and offered us free shots as compensation. This felt even more dehumanizing that offering a few free shots would make things alright.
I wish your club would have taken a better approach to deal with this issue instead of offering us free drinks. The management was alerted about this issue and no action was taken against such a hideous act. The lack of consequence made the whole situation quite appalling.
It is only when harassment against white bartenders occurs does management take it seriously and not when it is women of colour being harassed. 5 stars for being the most disgusting place in Vancouver.
Please be careful out there everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alex, Alex, Alex! Wow wow wow. I had the best experience with Alex the bartender. He was kind, patient, efficient, and the best bartender I have ever met. He made sure all my friends were okay the entire night, made my two birthday friends feel special, and continuously gave us water when needed for my friends. Alex made my first time at Celebrities the best time ever, he left an unforgettable experience for me. I wish I could be his friend. Alex is truly the best. You guys are lucky to have him on your side!! I came in on May 27th, Friday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great sound system and line-ups of artist but the 1 star is due to the poor attitude of one the bartender (just one bulky one) for the humiliation when requesting water (when no one was in line to order). I never felt humiliated in my life just for a glass of water. If you don't like to serve people, please do not work there. Management, please have a water fountain or jugs for guests to be hydrated, other venues offer this system. It does not cost you anything and everyone is happy.
