★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just done two sessions of laser hair removal. After just the first session I noticed a huge reduction in hair. The hair that did grow back grew back much finer. Mehri is very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable during the treatment. The treatment is pain free and the clinic is clean. I highly recommend her service to everyone.

This is my first time writing a bad review.
I’ve been going to this place since last year.I’ve completed 8 sessions of laser hair removal and I’ve spent around $2500,unfortunately not only nothing changed but also I’ve grown more hair on my back.
Also I should mention that I did laser other parts of my body and all the hairs are gone and it’s been over five years.
The last time I went there which was my eighth session,I showed her pictures and I told her that I didn’t see any results she said I should wax the hairs and come back after they’re grown out which doesn’t make sense,anyway I did wax the hairs and I got back to her around 2 months after waxing, again told her there’s literally no change and she said the only thing she can do is to give me 2 free sessions which again,it doesn’t make sense because I didn’t see any results after 8 sessions, what can change after 2 more?!
And I said please give me a refund for those 2 sessions that you wanted to give me for free because I have to go to somewhere else anyway and spend another $2500 or maybe more to get it done again but she didn’t and she said it’s unprofessional to ask her that!and she said you signed the paper .
What is “unprofessional” is to have no responsibility to the service and the work you do.
*****I wrote this below review after my second session because Dr. Mehri asked me to,which was a mistake****
The place is so clean and nice.
Dr. Mehri is so nice and friendly also she answers all your questions.

Dr. Mehri was professional, patient, and genial, She answered all my questions, and did a thorough and attentive job. I am also so happy with the result of my treatment. I have gone there just two sessions but my hair is almost gone.
Highly recommend!

Initially I was super scared that it was going to hurt but Mehri is super patient and makes the process easy and comfortable. Her place is very new and feels extremely clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to do laser hair removal! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had 2 sessions so far with Mehri and she’s so great. After the first session alone I saw a huge improvement. I have very fair skin and dark hair and already it’s a lot thinner and way less grew back. I highly recommend Lumina laser to anyone who doesn’t want to keep up with shaving and waxing.
