โ โ โ โ โ My little daughter loves kuddles and they are do kind and we enjoyed both locations but North Vancouver is a new well established with great management team and lovely teachers.

โ โ โ โ โ I want to share this piece of message for parents when considering about kuddles. I was really interested in kuddles and called the centre on a Tuesday (Sep 7, 2021). A lady answered. We agreed to have a video tour (as 5:30pm is dinner time for my baby and we prefer video tour) on Sep 9, 2021 and she would send me the detailed packages/information after I filled out the online form. I filled in the form around noon on Sep 7 but did not get any replies. Since the lady did not send me the zoom link for the coming tour or any detailed information. I called again on Sep 8.
She said she could not do the video tour and asked us to come in person. I asked her whether we can do video tour at another time. She said "no, you need to come in person." Then I asked her "when is your tour time for next week?" Then, she replied "oh my god, I have to go". Seriously she replied "OH MY GOD". Later, I told her I just want to plan ahead and well for my kid and you are not professional saying "OH MY GOD". Then, I got to know she is the Owner. She is the OWNER!!!
Having such a non-caring and unprofessional owner, I will not send my baby to her daycare. I think we are lucky to know the owner for kuddles is not stable, reliable, professional or caring from the very beginning!
I want to share and let the parents know about the owner on this side.

โ โ โ โ โ Kuddles is an amazing daycare. Teachers are loving, the place is beautiful and super clean!
The owner is the best, knowledgeable about child care and veru experienced. She runs another unit for more than 20 years. When we first met her we knew this was the right place for our 3.5 year old. Our daughter is very happy there and we know she is well taken care of.
