★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read the reviews and saw for myself what kind of customers the woman has to deal with in the store. Not cool at all and extremely belligerent and violent. Unfortunately that might be impacting the other customers that are actually decent people. I can only offer my support for the ones that aren't bad apples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today around 9am I went to pick up my UPS package. I had the delivery slip, my driver's licence, passport, health card, and I even showed the order information with my tracking number but the store refused to give me my package because the delivery address did not match my driver's license address. I explained that I just moved to Toronto and am not staying at my own place yet. I wasted 2 hours of my time today travelling there and back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She threatened me with a wooden bat, then with an aerosol spray. I'm still in shock, I was just trying to pick up a UPS package lol. I had my passport with correct address too, but because the address is hand written on passports, she refused it. I very calmly explained that this is valid gov't issued photo ID and to please give me my package, I couldn't believe how upset she was getting yelling "get out!" after very little discussion. So I just left to go get more proof of address. I'm nervous to even go back.
Pro tip: Bring WAY more ID than you think you'll need, and you MIGHT get your package. This lady guards the packages of this realm with her life. I've never in my life had trouble getting packages with my passport until her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just spent an hour of my life trying to get my UPS package. The lady refused my health card, bank statements, hydro bill, T4, UPS slip, and pay stub and said none were valid. She then grabbed my package, threw it on the ground, and stomped on it. Any time a customer would come in, she would stop yelling at me, act nice and say "honey, I don't think you understand, I need photo ID" after I showed her all of the above which wasn't necessary as my email from UPS just said to show the email as it contained my name and address. Honestly like she wanted to keep my $5 socks from GAP to herself.
