★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Duncan about 15 years ago to purchase some real-estate. I had never used a lawyer before, nor purchased any real-estate previously. So needless to say, I was very green and had many questions. Duncan was very patient with me, and very helpful in directing me through this process. He was very thorough and fully explained every step during the process from start to finish.
12 Years later I purchased a second property, but made the mistake of going with the lawyer the real-estate agent referred as I thought this would somehow be beneficial to me in someway. NOPE... that was not the case. No where near the great experience I had with Duncan.
A few years passed which brings me to the present time where I have sold my 1st purchased property. Crossing my fingers, I dug up Duncan's old business card and was ecstatic to hear Duncan was still in his practise and was available to provide me with his services.
It was just as smooth and easy as the first time. I would certainly refer Duncan to anyone in need of the services of a lawyer for their Real Estate, Estate, Wills, Power of Attorney, or Family Law issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with Duncan and his staff was perfect. Duncan assisted me in having two property mortgages refinanced, one being for a substantial amount, as well as with the purchase and then sale of two other properties. He was extremely personable, professional and punctual at all times, even through the 2019 Christmas Holiday Season when I really needed his assistance in order to have deals closed in the first month of 2020. Another added bonus is that his rates are extremely reasonable. I recommend for all to use his services and I will definitely recommend him to anyone that I know requiring legal assistance. Thank you for all of your efforts Duncan, greatly appreciated. I will certainly call upon your assistance again when in need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duncan handled our real estate sale and we were very pleased, he and his staff were professional, efficient, honest and polite. There was an outstanding cheque of money owed to us that we had forgotten about that Duncan went out of his way to obtain for us almost a year after the fact, a lot of lawyers wouldn't have done that. I will use Duncan in the future and would recommend him to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hardly professional! I set an appointment and, during that call, explained what I needed - a notarization. I trekked to the office and was told that the lawyer was not comfortable notarizing the/any document prepared by another lawyer. Thanks!
