Having eaten at another Butter Chicken Roti restaurant and enjoyed it, I was excited to see that they had one closer to where I live. I ordered a butter chicken roti and a rasmalai. The butter chicken was nowhere near as good as my experience at the other location and would rank as worst I have ever had. The sauce, although reasonably flavoured, was extremely separated without a silky texture and the chicken was very tough and tasted old. The rasmalai was inedible due to a very bitter taste and I discarded it.
I would have given the review one star if it had not been for the excellent service from the staff who were very helpful and polite. I hope that they can improve the quality control across the chain as my experience at the other restaurant was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They call this rotti ? More like a pancake . Ordered delivery. Food arrived . The drinks where not properly sealed. Allowing any one to just pop open the lid ? During the worst pandemic in are history and your to lazy to package my drink properly. Secondly found hair in both the butter chicken rotti that was ordered . The rotti here sucks. Plain plain plain. Get a bottle of butter chicken sauce from your grocery store and some chicken breast . That is the extent of their chicken rotti. Don't waste your money or time. This place won't last .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm pretty sure their butter chicken is the same one that comes from the jar in no frills...
It tastes okay, but it's expensive for its quality and I couldn't imagine spending 18$ on a lunch like that again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 5 rotis one hour ahead when I arrived they had not even started them. All were supposed to be mild yet 3 were very hot. The rotis consisted of 85% sauce and 15% actual veg or meat. Had a few mouthfuls and threw them in the garbage. I love Indian food and have been eating it for over 45 years. This was poor poor poor. Will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting any of the locations and delicious fast food option. Had the signature butter chicken roti, medium heat. Delicious and served super hot, so had to wait till cooled. Will walk it home next time and I'm sure it will be just right.
