★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once a year we get the pleasure of purchasing clothes from this company. The selection and great customer service makes shopping easy. Our city unfortunately makes it hard to shop for clothing considering we have next to nothing in our mall. So the clothes in the store are up to date in the fashion industry and sold at a great price. Definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Put one star cuz I couldn't put Zero stars. Someone there needs to speak proper english. Not everyone tries to steal and scam your store!! They said i could refund my shorts if they didn't fit (as long as I had tags and receipt, which I did) i went back a couple days later and they said I wasn't allowed to refund or exchange. Then they blamed it on covid.. even though that's their policy. "No refunds, exchange only." Thanks for waisting my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered my husband some clothes online for his birthday and I waited almost 2 weeks to pick them up in the store because that's the option it gives you instead of paying extra to ship your items to your home. I've been calling Lucky Aces to find out when I can pick them up and the gentlemen told me that they will still ship them to my home even though I chose to pick them up in the store. Which is fine but today I got a reversal payment because I believe 1 of the shirts I purchased was sold out but the other 2 were still available and no one contacted me to let me know of the issue and I've been calling all morning and nobody has answered my call and when they do answer the phone it's definitely not in a professional manner. I'm very dissapointed because this is the first time I've ever had issues with purchasing items from them.
