★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Had a little issue with my order so I sent a little email to let them know what was up. Within 15 minutes of sending the email, my phone rang and DJ was very eager to make things right. Will most definitely be a returning customer from a province away. Nothing but good things to say about DJ and Lucifer’s House of Heat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service. Ordered on line shipping to Ontario and rec'd a week ahead of schedule. Shipping cost was very reasonable. Item ordered no longer available but so happy I found it at Lucifer's. Hope to try more of their items in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered some hot sauce on line. shipped same day, packed really well I was very impressed. Took six days to get here to Salt Spring Island but what with Xmas and covid, Canada post doing their best. I will definitely be ordering again, I highly recommend. Haven't tried the sauces yet so cannot comment.
Next time I'm on the main land will sure to visit the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I snagged a Too Good To Go App haul for my first purchse here after drooling in awe from my prior visits but had a load of hot sauce at home. Wow, did I get truly spoilt! This joint is awesome! Managed to snag some Ghost Pepper Sauce (super yummy) and Sweet and Sour Sauce for cooking, both are delicious.
Staff are super nice people, great and very vast product range at reasonable places, this place is dope, love it!
I also checked with the staff and they do supply and sell an array of vegan-based hot sauces and other condiments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a very wide selection of hot sauces. I also like the fact that they have a wide selection of hot sauces from the hot ones show. They also have good deals on gift packs. I tried out the Heartbeat Hot Sauce Scorpion from Thunder Bay Ontario, really tasty. It was like super powered Taco Bell hot sauce but with natural flavours from the peppers.
