★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this salon and asked specifically if they do ombre with gel, as i prefer it over the powder method. I was told yes, and the cost. I booked my appointment online for today and went in. They seemed confused and told me the don't do gel. I showed them confirmation that i phoned that location. They completed me in powder instead. It looks good, but not the same finish as gel. There was more confusion when I went to pay, they try to charge me over $70 for my service when their website says $55, and i was quoted $55.
The one other issue, there was one other lady having her nails done that was coughing and complaining about not feeling well. This company offers free cancellation if clients don't feel well the day of their appointments. Health checks were not done or enforced. Not sure I'll be going back here.
