Great experience with this company! Very friendly - great customer service! He answered right away when we called and was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Will be calling them again for any concerns in the future :)

I had a very poor experience with Vince. He installed a heating system that did not function properly, as it broke down often, and he also did a poor job in installing it. My husband and I called him several times, and Vince assured us that he would come by at a certain day and time, but he never showed up. He advertises that he's available 24 hours, but this is not true as he wasn't. I would not recommend Luchka Heating to anyone, unless you don't mind spending a lot of money for poor business practices and service. My husband just came across an article under the TSSA website, that states that Vince does not have appropriate certification as a gas technician! He pleaded guilty and was fined a hefty penalty. I wish that we had seen this sooner. I don't understand how he can still be in business if he does not hold the appropriate credentials?? This is shocking and alarming!

I contacted Vince from Luchka Heating and AC when my A/C stopped working on a super hot day in July. He attended within a few hours and he fixed my A/C very quickly. He is friendly, professional and experienced.

We used Luchka Heating four years ago to install a new furnace in our home. Our initial experience was good, he did the work as promised, no real issues. Several months afterward, we needed service work done and that's when we encountered problems. We could not get a hold of Vince, he was not returning calls, we were unable to set up appt with him, so we gave up in frustration. Fast forward to this winter... Our reasonably new furnace motor quit this winter and we contacted Vince (as he was original installer) to help us out. Once again we experienced problems connecting with him. We left voicemail messages and texts asking him to contact us, but for some reason he did not want to call us back and speak in person, only communicate through texts. Very time consuming and frustrating... He said that that he was having difficulty sourcing replacement motor and it may be several days before we might be able to get one. After a few days of not knowing what was happening and no ability to speak to him in person (and living without heat in cold house for four days), we gave up and contacted my dad's furnace service company. What a different experience. We called on Tuesday morning, and by that afternoon not only had they located a replacement motor but they were on their way to pick it up. The fellows showed up the following morning to install it, less than 24 hours after my initial call to them. (Very impressed and grateful!) I don't know what the issue or problem is with Vince, why his communication and follow up is so poor. I don't know if he really had issues finding a motor (especially when this other company sourced one in a few hours) or just didn't want/need or couldn't do the work. If someone is not able or interested in a job, they should be honest and let customer know up front so they can find someone else (and not be kept hanging, especially in a situation with no heat). Vince never called us back, never followed up either way. We gave him two stars because the initial installation work was okay, but would have given him one star if review was based solely on follow up service.

I had nothing but a great experience with Vince Luchka. He came in and installed a new propane furnace at a great price. He even came back after propane tanks were dropped off to make sure furnace fired up and everything went smoothly. He was very informative with the information he gave us throughout the entire install and communication process. When my parents' furnace broke down one evening, he was there the next day to repair it for them. Thanks again for great customer service, Vince.
