She is encouraging and patient, which is important because our dog can be a real handful. Rachelle is great at communicating and she's reliable. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with her :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finding a reliable, caring dog walker was really hard, but Rachelle gives me peace of mind when I’m at work that my dog is being properly socialized and walked.
She’s trustworthy and patient and at times my dog can be a real handful- Rachelle has improved his behaviour so much!
I have recommended her to friends and will continue to use her services for the foreseeable.

Really appreciate that they reinforce the same commands that I use, as it has greatly helped with training my pup!

I found Rachelle at LowKey and it’s been a perfect fit - they look after her like she’s their own and ivy gets so excited when they pick her up. They are extremely reliable, great communication, and helpful advice to make sure ivy gets the best care. Rachelle takes the time to hire just the right people - you are in good hands with her whole team. Special shout out to Nicole - another one of Ivy’s favourites.

We are so happy to have found Low Key dog walks. The team is very knowledgeable, confident, and gentle with our two large pups! We have a 3 year old German shepherd and a 10 year old Lab mix who adores their walkers and the walkers adore them:)) They have truly helped our shepherd's confidence with all the walks.
