She takes her time to create the most flatter set on me and is always so fun to talk to! She’s super professional and gives me exactly what I want each time! I will drive an hour and half to get my lashes done by her because I don’t trust anyone else! Not to mention, her lashes stay of for 4+ weeks with no issue at all! I love her and her work! 10/10

During the procedure she always checked in to see how I was doing and how the pain levels were and made sure I was completely satisfied with them. Her artistry, warmth, and professionalism is truly on another level. The boutique is also extremely clean, luxurious, and has such a lively welcoming vibe, not to mention her couch is so soft! I can't wait to be back and also get my lashes done by Gigi and my nails done by Tiffany!

Erica did a fantastic job with them, I’ve been getting numerous compliments and I am so so happy with the shaping and how natural the colour turned out! During the session Erica was patient with all my questions and after the session, Erica gave very helpful and detailed instructions for aftercare, which made the healing process easy. If you’re looking for a brow tech, look no further. You can trust Erica will make your brows look perfect.

Her prices are beyond reasonable for the quality of work. I have always felt relaxed and assured, credited to her professionalism and skill level. She is extremely detail oriented and pays a lot of attention to shaping / filing, and ensuring any designs are flawless. The facility is super clean, well lit, and a really light, positive atmosphere. Super conscious of cleanliness and COVID procedures. I have had Gel-X, Shellac, and also Acrylic on my nails and the longevity of my manicures with absolutely no lifting / chipping has been 4+ weeks. She keeps my natural nails intact, long, and healthy with no breakage. Would 100% recommend coming to see Tiffany for a manicure! ??

You won’t regret it and it’s the best self-love that you can treat yourself! Erica Fung is a pioneer in her industry, and is leading her team to excellence. I was referred by my brow wax technician to try it out. I did my research and looked for others, but I always came back to Lovelle’s instagram page and trusted my intuition. I was also nervous, worried about the pain and bleeding, but Erica’s calm disposition, coupled with her expert advice throughout the procedure, made it comfortable to go through the first time. The second time was the touch up, so don’t forget to book that too so your brows are fresh. Btw, I had so many questions before and after the procedure, which were all patiently answered by Lovelle with the utmost care. Also, follow the pre-care directions when she emails them to you. When your procedure is done, make sure you get Erica’s after care treatments! It’s so easy to use and honestly, I just purchased the whole set because it was more value than buying one or two separate things. I especially love the healing spray and brow patches! Load up on the brow patches. All in all, I loved every minute of my experience with Erica Fung and team Lovelle. From the moment my questions were answered, my arrival to the boutique, the hand-holding support to get through it, the follow up care, and just straight up amazing customer service from start to finish. I can’t wait to book my next appointment !

I would struggle everyday trying to shape them and making them match. Vivian made sure i was 100% happy with the shapre before we began. I loved how they turned out after the first session but wanted them a bit darker so we did a touch up. I highly recommend purchasing the aftercare set as I found it sped up the healing process and they didn't itch as bad as some of my friends who had it done. I can't wait to come back for my next visit! Thank you Vivian for being so informative and caring, I highly recommend anyone who struggles with doing their eyebrows to visit Lovelle.

She takes the time to help you select the perfect shade and shape for your lips, and walks you through each step of the process. I barely felt a thing during the procedure and she checked in with me multiple times during the healing process. I'm very pleased with the final result and would highly recommend her to anyone!

This was my first time tattooing my eyebrows, and I was very nervous. However, Erica made me feel very relaxed and ensured that she provided sanitary and quality care while explaining everything she was doing step by step. There was some minimal pain, but very bearable. Erica also has an eyebrow aftercare set that helped SO much in the healing process. Right after, I got so many compliments on my brows. I loved her work so much that I went back in December 2021 to get a touch-up before the holidays. It is currently May 2022, and my brows still look amazing the moment I wake up. Getting my eyebrows done was one of the best decisions of my life; it shaved off so much time in getting ready. I cannot wait for my next appointment with her!
