I was aware that since it was the last day of the sale and I am a common size that there probably wouldn't be a lot to choose from but I was only brought 1 dress which was the style I asked for and the rest were whatever they had lying around (Moira, my associate told me she was just bringing whatever was in my size). When we mentioned that a couple of the dresses were more tailored for someone older, she agreed saying it was more suited for someone older going through their second wedding. I was brought veils that Moira said didn't really work with the style of dress I had tried on which begged the question of why I was brought them. I felt pressured to buy the first dress I tried on and my friend was continously reminded that we had a shorter 45 minute appointment because of the sale. At the end of the consultation I asked if I upped my budget maybe I could book a regular appointment and see something in more of the style I was looking for but was told there wasn't really anything and we wouldn't have time to order anything (my wedding is in 5 months). I appreciated Moira's time and while I'm understanding of the fact that dresses are limited during a sale I felt like I wasn't a priority. I won't go back and I will be dissauding my friends from visiting lovebird bridal.

The girls pulled dresses just like what I described to them and I found my dress no problem; and it was below my budget! Thanks so much Moira and Emily.

My mum went in to look at MOB dresses and they had a wide selection of short and long dresses in many colours. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy a dress and we did find one that we really liked. I definitely recommend heading here for a consultation whether it be for bridal, bridesmaid or MOD/MOG.

I had really low expectations going in, I didn’t really know what I wanted and I wear larger clothing so I didn’t think I’d have much selection. First of all the space is beautiful, perfect lighting it’s impossible not to feel gorgeous there. Second they had so many options for me to try and were helpful in discussing how certain dresses could be altered to fit me better or be more comfortable. I found my perfect dress and had such an awesome time! Even though it was the last day of the sale and the reality was that I needed to make a decision that day, I didn’t feel any stress or pressure from the team it was just about making sure I found the perfect dress for my big day! I really cannot say enough wonderful things about Lovebird bridal!

They were very attentive to what I wanted and did not pressure me to make any decision immediately. We went back for my bridesmaids to try on dresses as well, and even though we made an error with the booking time, Emily was still able to work with us. I would highly recommend this shop.

Even when I was having second thoughts over my choice she made sure I came in for an extra appointment to take time to be in my dress and ask questions. She knew exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't be happier with my experience, I'm honestly sad it's over (but SO happy with my dress)! Beautiful store/atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Excellent selection of gowns. I would highly recommend the boutique to anyone looking for a wedding gown in Kingston. Thank you Lovebird!!

She had me try on several different styles until we finally narrowed it down to the perfect dress! When I went back to meet the dress, I worked with Emily who was also wonderful and very helpful. I am very happy with my experience!!
K	Kendra Hunter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience at Lovebird Bridal. First, it’s a beautiful store. Our consultant, Emily, was so wonderful. She pulled me so many beautiful dresses in the style I was looking for and she was great with me and with the group I brought with me. She knew better than I did what would be suitable for me, as she pulled me a dress I never would have pulled for myself or thought would be flattering. But I fell in love with it and it ended up being my dress! What made the experience that much better is that, this is the only bridal store (of the 5 total that I went to) that actually had dresses of different styles in my size (bridal 18), which was so important to say yes to a dress. The other stores carried primarily smaller sizes (requiring you to be be clipped into the dress with large gaps at the back), or the dresses were plus size and way too big (requiring the fabric to be tucked and clipped to try to show the actual shape of the dress). In both cases, it was impossible to tell exactly how the dress would look if it fit right (especially a more fitted gown- which is what I ended up getting. Every other store made trying on fitted dresses impossible). It was so nice not to have that problem at Lovebird. I would definitely recommend this store to any bride trying to find her dress!
