Before baby, I was able to get a toned stomach after working out within a few weeks. After 2 months of working out and focusing on my core, I was not getting my lower abs where I wanted them to be. I saw the Loschn method on IG and thought, why not give it a go! After one session, my lower abs were no longer protruding and hanging out of my jeans! I saw the definition in my abs and saw my curvy waist again! I was skeptical it would work as well as it did. I got back my pre-baby body with a few adjustments to my posture and with the help of this method, and I didn’t even have to break the bank. Needless to say, I booked myself in for 2 more sessions!
