I was in your store buying parts and another customer came in to return a part. He was too close to the desk and he was told to step back which he did, then in a joking way he said some remark under his breathe and laughed to himself and the manager turned around to him and told him if he doesn’t like it he can get out of his store and then the customer said to calm down everyone’s taking things too serious then the manager said those are the rules if you don’t like them you can leave. He then continue to stare at him in a highly aggressive way like he wanted to fight him and then said do you want the parts or what? The customer said of course I need them. I left the store and then I saw a driver out the back and asked him who the person was because he is very easy to point out and he said he was the new manager. I’ve only been to the store three times and every single time it is such a miserable aggressive place to go, don’t go to this lordco. Go to the one on Fell Avenue much better service and you don’t get treated like scum.

I came here looking for a metric set screw which they didn't have and I don't blame them for that. I also brought a can of auto body seam sealer up to the counter, the price on the shelf tag was $22.98 but when the kid rang it up it the total was over $32. I asked how much tax there was, he told me it was $29.50 plus tax. I paid for it, saying I thought it was only $22.98. I checked the price and product code and told him it's the law that you have to honour the advertised/labeled price. He replied that it doesn't count because it doesn't have a bar code. I said "it's labeled with the product code". He replied that his computer system doesn't use that code, convinced that this matters. I left, shortchanged $7 on a $23 purchase. Afterwards I thought about it and I'm pretty sure I'm not the first customer who's been told this lie and that the kid was probably told to tell customers this. That's just my suspicion but he didn't look like the kind to be offering commercial legal advice. I won't shop here again.

Smaller store with not much selection of tools. As well staff were not very friendly or helpful I asked the guy working behind the counter for the headlight parts I needed told me I'd have to go to dealership and they didn't have anything like that also recommended some headlight restore polish kit even though I informed him that I already tried one and wasn't interested in trying again I wanted to replace the parts. So after calling the dealer for a quote of $300.00 plus tax I decided to just try my luck and call a different lordco location they were very friendly and helpful able to find the parts in there system right away over the phone and were able to quote me $55.00 a side. As well able to call around and track some down and call me back so I didn't have to wait on hold. I only went to this location as it was convenient on my way to work and I would not return. I will continue shopping at my local lordco stores in Burnaby and Port Coquitlam.

I am always hesitant about Lordco because they seem gamey with pricing to me, but I got into a jam near this store and after about 5 or 6 or 7 visits sorting my circumstances out, bottom line is I was treated very fair, with professional patience and interest, given a break, offered a deal, and I found them all very sharp and knowledgeable, super quick to see my problems and solutions and get me set on the right track. Good bunch for a tough clientele.

I have been shopping here for little while and I am done with that now. The store itself is good, problem is the staff. There is an older guy with dark hair and glasses who is just so bad. will not say hello, dealing with him is absolute horror. You have this pressing feeling that he does not want to deal with at all. So annoyed by your presence. On the other hand I have witnessed a situation where if one of his friends mechanics call, he will be the nicest guy imaginable. But god forbid you come to his store and ask him to sell you a light bulb. Attitude like this you don' t see every day. Listen if you read this, if your job is making you be this miserable human being, perhaps it's time to quit and find a job that suits you better. If any of the management is reading this, I suggest you look into who is representing you at the counter

Awful service! I asked a member of staff for some help/advice and he was less than willing. Instead he felt it more important to go back to his mobile phone and start scrolling.

Staff in this location are great. they found what i needed on Dec 28 and deliver it to store for our trip. great service and competetive price .
