C	Carley Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give negative stars if I could. After cancelling the accounts I made, they continue to charge my credit card for amounts close to $100. When I contacted them to inquire and provided all of the information they requested about the transaction, they claim they don’t have any record of the transaction. Instead of trying to help me, they were extremely rude. How can a company charge your credit card and have no record of it? Ridiculous!!

J	Jago Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use this company. I paid $20 for their basic single file. It is incredibly low resolution (like pacman bad). I asked for either a refund or a useable logo and Leon (I believe the owner of the company) was entirely unwilling to do anything other than sell me the premium package for 4x more. I see there are many bad reviews on google for them so I am considering taking further action to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone in the future. As far as I am concerned they are running a scam, who would ever think that you would get such a low resolution logo.

The representative that helped me called me unprofessional and they offered no help. The files I received were not sharp and would not load properly to either my website or to make buisness cards. Also the site was very misleading and i thought buinsess cards were included which was the ONLY reason i signed up. After the purchase and after sav8bg a copy of the logo, i moved on to making my buisness cards only to ve redorected to zazzle which required another charge to get the cards. Confused i reached put for help only to be told that because i saved the image file they cannot refund me. Literally felt scammed as soon as the payment went through. They initially offered me a partial refund and i beleived they would then allow me to fnish out the subscription for the year as he said you can continue to edit your logo and maintain ownership plus other PERKS. Im sorry what perks would those be. A high heart rate from the stress of dealing with the company. They canceled everything except the ability to edit the logo I already made which is just text and could be put together anywhere and the ownership to the logo. I asked what they had to prove the ownership and they said date of purchase. So no document or anything just A random transaction to looka is all you need. Just rediculous. They have no compassion and did not take any of what I suggested to protect others from the same confusion I went through into consideration. The worst part is my website is non profit and I don't make any moneyboff of bit as it is so I'm in the negative big-time at this time. The customer is always wrong should be there slogan.

I then contacted the company online which was atrocious, they basically told me even after providing my credit card statement that they can't confirm that I am the owner of a logo so I don't get a refund, of course I cannot confirm because I am trying to figure out why I have the payment on my credit card. I asked to speak to a manager and apparently the person I was chatting with was a manager, I know that a payment can be refund with the last four digits of the card however this individual I am chatting with named Gilbert is definitely being obstinate and sticking his heels in so I am out of pocket and they are not. I would watch your pockets with this company and if you get Gilbert run run fast

Leon took care of all my questions and online support was quick to get back to me to assist right away. I am just endlessly impressed by the amazing product and service they put out at Looka. I give presentations to businesses of all kinds and their pre formatting everything into the company color scheme and logos for power point presentations and documentations is so professional. it takes all of the design work out of it for me, which saves so much time and effort! Also, I can edit all of my own forms and content etc right from their website in my account page. It's brilliant!! I love Looka!! Blessings to you all! You've really saved my day! It's totally worth the price! I'd definitely recommend this to any business owner looking to save time.. not just on a logo-maker, but on logo business forms, invoices, social media, video, blogs, etc. This is beyond logo making, and makes my life much simpler when I already have SO MUCH TO DO! lol
