Carlos assured us selling the house would not be an issue and that we should start looking at houses to try and secure it quick. So we picked out some houses to look at. He asked us questions about each house and what we liked and didn't like about them, then asking what were some boxes we need checked for the new place. Carlos then worked his magic, took us to a first showing of a place that hasn't had anyone come through yet, and the second my wife and I walked in we knew. We knew that this was the house that we were gonna call home. We secured the house and then Carlos says "now leave the rest to me" The selling part was very stressful for me. Carlos was very transparent with everything, he would send weekly video emails explaining what houses has gone up, sold, or if it's something we should worry about. He got us people to come through for showings, ensuring us that he would sell our place. The professionalism that Carlos conducts with is beyond what we were expecting and just nailing the house that we wanted was what really impressed me.
