β β β β β Great staff, friendly service equaling a very comfortable visit! I haven't been to a dentist office in 20 years and I was very apprehensive. Staff walked me through the steps and put my mind at ease with future work to be done. I will recommend this place to everyone looking for service on the North Shore!

β β β β β The staff are super friendly, and personable but also very professional and efficient at what they do. They honestly seem to remember who you are every time you visit! My dental visits are always on time and I'm well informed each step of the appointment. They are also on top of any follow up required as well. One other thing, I can't say enough about the hygienists! In particular, you are in great hands if you are lucky enough to get Luella who is very down to earth and friendly and also great at providing knowledge and guidance throughout the appointment. As someone (like many) who dreads going to the dentist, I really feel very comfortable and relaxed with the staff here every time.

β β β β β My crown fell off my tooth the evening before, and my dentist could not see me right away. Since I was heading out on vacation I popped into Lonsdale Dental Centre to see if I could get some help. They had me in 3 hours later, and a dentist glued my crown on. Great service. They took my insurance information and billed direct to the provider which was a bonus.

β β β β β Staff super accommodating to help me me find a suitable appointment time. When I arrived the team was on time.
Best hygienist (Lindsay) experience I have ever had. She even did an analysis of how I brush my teeth and then gave me suggestions.
Dentist was super friendly and engaging. Explained everything very clearly. Iβd highly recommend Lonsdale Dental.
