I was then informed by the woman that I could either have them both done ASAP or both at standard and NOT the way I asked. I said surely you can do the items separately to which I was informed NO. I then said that I'd just take them elsewhere...she then changed her mind and said she could do the items separately, too bad for them I didn't change my mind! Never been back. Go to Queensdale cleaners, they are friendly and helpful.

They overcharged us and ruined my Tommy Bahama pants. I only wore these pants for the ceremony for an hour. They return the pants with these greasy machine stains that weren't even there in the first place and a note saying sorry we couldn't clean these. On top of that they kept our nice wooden Tommy hangers and my suit coverings bag. I usually can let things go, however, we are spring cleaning and I looked in the closet at this nice suit I can never wear again and it still burns me two years later that I didn't have the time to lay into these cleaners when it happened. Don't trust this cleaner with your valuables! Don't even trust them with a hand me down sweater. You've been warned!

For those complaining, 1st who buys clothes at Tommy Bahama unless they're 17-19 years old, no one believes your story move on.
N	Natasha Giesbrecht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my wedding dress here to be cleaned. They melted the top half. When we came to pick it up they blamed us and said it must be an old dress. Owner eventually said he would pay us back through his insurance. I repeatedly went back for 6 months to follow up. Continued to get the runaround. I had to take him to small claims court and threated to take him tp provincial court if he didn't pay, to eventually get the money. I even settled for a little less money that I was originally asking for to be nice. I did eventually get the cheques and they deposited. Then he wanted pictures of my dress to file the insurance claim. I sent him the pictures as this is what a decent person would do. I just don't get why that all didn't happen before I had to go through the work of small claims court. This laundry mat clearly tries to get away with what they can without really caring about their customers.

But the day I went there to get it they said they hadn’t cleaned it because it was not their expertise. But they never called to tell me this although they had got my phone number. They didn’t even bother to inform me about this. I had to go to an important event and there was no time to take it somewhere else or buy another coat. They were also very rude and didn’t accept that they shouldn’t have accepted it or should have informed me at least. So unprofessional.
