W	Whitney Wesley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called looking for this business to make me one button since I was one short for a headboard I was making. He was rude to me when I called. I told him about my situation and asked if he could make me a button and he replied, "I guess so". He told me I should go back to where I got the other buttons, and i told him that was on the east side of ottawa and that id prefer to go somehwere close since i live in in the West end. He agreed to help me hesitantly. Upon arrival I asked how much this would be for one button, he stated " I usually charge $1 but Im charging you $2 since I'm only making one". Congrats buddy you will never see me or my business again. I hope you read this and completely change the way you deal with customers. SO PUT OFF.
D	David Gladwin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have 5 unique bar stools and one captain's chair to be redone. I called and before I could finish my first sentence was interrupted and told why would I pay to have them redone when I could buy new. Good business plan. Not impressed.

He also adds creative touches that I had not thought of and if anyone knows me, that is saying a lot. He does high quality work and always surprises me by having the work done much earlier than expected (without compromising workmanship). A true craftsman. I am looking around my house for any other pieces to have done.
M	Marilyn Lyons on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just called Lonnie's to ask about a price on high density foam to redo some chairs, not sure if I spoke with the owner or an employee but the person was very rude and unprofessional. When a potential customer calls and inquires about a price next time try speaking in a proper tone of voice and speak to people not at them. Also, you might try not speaking at people like the are stupid the reason people call to make inquires is to gather information. Oh and by the way your ignorance has just cost you over $200.00 worth of potential business. I wish you could give negative stars.

The quality of his work is outstanding. Flawless. Excellent suggestions too, for fabric and other finishing details. Highly recommended. A pleasure to deal with.
