β β β β β I know this place since 1997, the year when I first immigrated to Canada. I still shop there, no other health food stores I would go to.The Reasons;
1. Andre, the owner has been running the business for decades, he and his staff are not just sales people, like you can see in other health food, supplements stores. He knows each and every product, he won't recommend you to buy something if he doesn't think it would be for you. Himself and his staff if amazingly knowledgeable.
2.- Andre has helped me and showed me, that practically everything is treatable without swallowing the prescribed drugs. Since I am not a friend with pharmaceutical industry, all minor issues have been successfully treated by products Andre keeps in his store. I shipped numerous natural products from his store to my family living in Europe, who thanks to Andre's advice and products are doing fantastic!
3. The store is neat, you can find natural remedies, great teas, the top protein bars, protein powder (variety - depends on the purpose of using it) different detox programs (one of them - WILD ROSE) is my favorite, thanks to that I keep up with an excellent health and it keeps me with the perfect weight :). There is a protein pasta on the shelfs and products you won't find in other stores, refrigerated items and even cosmetics....
I consider Andre my "doctor". When I sense a problem or I want to boost my good health, I talk to him and go to see him
I have recommended this store to numerous people, and I continue to do so.

β β β β β My family has been going here for years to get unique products. Its because of them we have local access to supplements that we'd have to go quite far if Longevity didn't have them. The owner is super knowledgeable and friendly.

β β β β β This is the best local place for your health food and supplements needs. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. I have been coming to Longevity for many, many years and haven't found any place like here.
I love them! They help an old lady less sweaty and irritable!!!

β β β β β I always shopped here but they do not weae masks. Cannot recommend a store that espouses to be health related that couldn't care a less aboyt Covid safety.

β β β β β These Guys Saved My Health!
I spent a year searching medical professionals for help with the skin issue around my lips. The irritation area spread wider and wider (up to my nose). After trying other typical topical medications, my doctor wanted me to try doxycycline (yikes!) and another, more potent topical. I kept telling him that after all this trial and error, I had a feeling that the issue was deeper - it must be originating internally (of course, this fell on deaf ears since the medical community only have certain treatments in their sphere of knowledge - I did not fill the Rx). I happen to mention this while shopping at Longevity, and without missing a beat, identifies liver issues. (source of skin issues related to liver). You won't believe it...but on the 3rd day of the liver cleanse, it was visually evident that my lips started to clear, the boundary edges began to recede - and are completely clear to date! (4 years later! - watching my diet along with annual liver cleanses).
I am so very grateful!
I make sure to drop in on Sunday's. Extremely knowledgeable.
Would definitely recommend.

β β β β β This was my experience... "hey buddy, don't touch anything, take a picture and go home." And the man kicked me out of the store. I felt discriminated, all I wanted was enzymes, said nothing to the guy, he just came up to me and did the "hey buddy..." thing and kicked me out! Filipinos only shop? Racist maybe? I dont know what that guys problem is but I'll tell you one thing, I'll never go to that shop again, disturbing experience.
