In the process of purchasing health supplements for a Korean family as a Chuseok gift, I told the seller that the shipping fee is free if you purchase more than $200. I went to the vitamin store to send a courier with another gift box. Those who sell items can only send vitamins to their store, so other items to be sent with them were delivered by courier next to Hana-reum. I came to say thank you because I was able to save shipping costs with the guidance of this vitamin store, but as a result, two items were each taxed separately. A vitamin box was charged $35, and another gift box filled with Manuka honey was charged 284.830 won with a 243% tariff. If you send two packages to the same address on the same day, you will be hit with a tax bomb. The total amount is also subject to customs duty if it exceeds $150. We have lost a lot of money due to a miss of guidance from someone familiar with all this important information. I am posting this review in hopes that those who send gifts to Korea will not suffer losses like we did.

β β β β β Recently came here for multivitamins and royal jelly. The lady working there was so nice. She patiently answered all of my questions. Apparently they only shelf Health Canada approved products. Seems like some reviews are giving them a bad rep for not selling Korean products. The lady told me that they're not allowed to sell products that are not health canada approved (e.g: foreign products). It was good to know that they shelf products 'by the book', and their products only have natural ingredients.
