★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a piano on early october. Was first told they would deliver me a new piano on first week of November.... Which eventually dragged on 3 reschedules later a very rude agent told me on the phone that it would be maybe delivered in december or March... Very unprofessional and rude. They take your money and try to sell you their showroom used goods by pushing the delivery till you get frustrated. Every time you call them they say we have a almost new one we just opened the box... Well then they shud have fulfilled their commitment before they stocked their show rooms...

I went back, it's been 6 months, the staffing situation has vastly improved I once again purchased an instrument, and this time I came out satisfied this time. The (very sharp) sales staff was attentive, knowledgeable and actually seemed kind of stoked to be doing what he was doing. GREAT job Barry, you're Killin it. I really did not have a good time last time shopping there.
I'm glad to see Long & McQuaid has done better.

We are delighted to have the opportunity learning from him . He makes the session exciting , cheerful and my daughter is very happy to be at his session . She says “it’s fun “. We are really happy with her progress with the instrument .

Went in to buy a Yorkville case for my Les Paul, after 30 minutes of walking around, looking at a few possibly used cases, and unable to find new cases, I walked out. Never did a staff member ask if I needed help or even acknowledge I was in the store.

Tim was super friendly and answered my dumb questions without making me feel dumb. I appreciate that. I have more purchases to make and if I receive the same treatment I have no problem returning. The others that stated their issues, I had none of those problems.
