★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best L/M I’ve ever been to. I get everything here. Bought an Epiphone les Paul used once and when it was missing the coil tapping feature they swapped it out for the same model brand new with no extra charge. That’s how you keep customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got my new guitar home and l just love it. I have owned 2 Gibson SG'S And the Epiphone 61' edition is so close l can't tell the difference. Joel took really good care of me and was a pleasure to deal with. I just retired and have been going to Long & Mcquade since the seventies. Thats what happens when you care about your customers. Thanks for everything and lm sure lll see you soon patrick. I was recently looking for strings for my Acoustic and electric guitars. Even looking on line the only place that had the strings l needed was the Cobourg store. I have a Fender Stratocaster and l use "silver bullets" which are configured to fit snuggly in the bridge. They also had the rare gauge l use. Great store, great staff and great products!! I love it!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arranged to pick up an instrument for rent. Due to the provincial state of emergency, the store was open for curbside pickup only. For this reason, I can’t speak to the interior of the store. However, the level of service I received was excellent! The process was very easy, I just called from the parking lot and Jim (I believe) took it from there. I was home with my flute very quickly.

I never feel like they are trying to up sell or push items on me. They know their stuff and I will be a customer for years to come.
