D	Darlene Lynch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went in to get my grandchildren Christmas Gifts. Of course I spoiled them. The store was very Christmacy beautifully displayed and I've always found employees very helpful. Canadian Tire is one of my top stores to shop at. Upon going to check out the cashier was very pleasant and since I had bought so much she mentioned their ongoing offer to put my purchases on a spaced out monthly equal payment to which I said yes please, and I wouldn't of known about the offer if she hadn't mentioned it to me, I thanked her and wished her and her family a very merry Christmas. As I wish to all Merry Christmas.

As an example, when I wanted to use my Canadian Tire money towards my purchase the cashier told me that I would loose the 30x points special if I did that...that would have cost me $30 in Canadian Tire money. Cashiers elsewhere either don't know how their specials work or don't care to inform the customer.
C	Cathy Cope on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the main parts guy is pretty awesome, it's disappointing what I need to share. I dropped off my car to switch over to my winter tires; I pay for the storage. I asked and was told it would be $40 for the switch and $50 for the storage. After drop off, I got a call saying there was a nail in one tire and did I want them to fix it now, sure why not. (With this additional service I somehow ended up with a final bill of $152! Really??!) I was also told that my calipers are VERY bad and need immediate repair. I told them I wasn't prepared to deal with that so to hold off. I then brought my car to my regular mechanic and just got told brakes are absolutely fine but maybe do a basic brake service in the spring. It's disappointing that garages are still trying to take advantage of people. I'm even doubting if I really had a nail as the only proof is my exorbitant final bill. What a disappointing reply considering your shop tried to rip me off. That just knocked off some more stars....
C	Cyndi Bevan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They would have got 5 stars but but one of the women working at the automotive desk was very unfreindly and hardly said two words to me as she took my keys. Had a rim to rim change over and an oil change. The mechanic who serviced my car was great
A	Amanda Bevan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order online for curbside pick up! Order was placed Sunday evening and ready for pick up Monday morning. Very easy to get curbside order! Staff placed ordered directly in trunk. Will use this service again if needed!

I counted 8 customers waiting, 11 (eleven!) employees within sight at the front of the store, 2 lines open. Employees are never available to help customers. Other than this, typical Canadian tire, only buy items that go on sale, crummy quality items in general, dingy packed stores that feels more like a discount store than a department store.

The store layout can be a bit confusing at the new store though. Certain items you would expect to be one place are in other sections of the store. As well their inventory system does not seem to work properly after the new store has been open for almost 2 years.

Knowledgeable and friendly automotive service staff. Bought winter tires here for my 2019 Jeep Compass and would not hesitate to buy tires again.
