They lied constantly about their location and ended up going over the border when the piano pick up was in Manitoba!! I did not follow through with their employment, as they were extremely unprofessional and unable to follow the directions we gave them to the pick up.

I provided all of the information in writing so that he could connect with the pick-up location direct. Received a call saying they were on the way but had not contacted the pick up location to make arrangements prior so no one was home. Rescheduled to another day and all of the proper arrangements were made. They were at the house ready to pick-up the piano when he called to confirm and the price changed during that conversation. Also let me know at that time that he would only accept cash for the move - didn't have that criteria in the initial call. As I didn't have cash on hand and was not able to run the bank I told him to cancel the move. Have hired another moving company and will have the piano moved. This is disappointing as Andrew had moved pianos for us in the past. Poor customer service.

We purchased one from him 25 years ago and still call upon him when we need his services. He is an excellent piano technician and he would rather repair the piano than throw it away, but he will still be honest if there is nothing he can do, and his prices are quite reasonable. I highly recommend Andrew’s Piano to anyone that needs these services.
