★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was dirty. Yes there is more management and they are working on things. The hallways smelled musty. The room was gross. The bedding was stained, one pillow had hair on it and one didn't have a pillow case, was overpriced. Now the staff was wondering. Keep them.and vet everything else up to specks. The floor in the halls and room were spongy in places and heaved in a doorway to a hallway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for a week for work. the cops came 4 out of the 7 nights to take drunk or high people. Then on the last day I notice bumps on my arms and legs so off to the doctor to find out it was bed bug bites. How lovely. Wouldn't let my dog stay at this place. Was a decent place 6 moths ago when I stayed now its a dump.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bed was super comfy. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was great. Staff is nice and accommodating, just lacking a tiny bit in communication (had to go ask them a few things which should have been communicated at check-in). This is an older building that can do with a little TLC, but overall great experience and price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here for a last minute stay during a recent snowfall. The staff were very friendly and eager to help us where they could (i.e. making fresh coffee in the morning). The room was clean except for some food left in the fridge and a trashcan that wasn't cleared. Otherwise, we had a good stay and enjoyed our hot breakfast, which was in a brown bag due to COVID (omelette, sausage and potatoes with juice and water). We had two dogs with us, which was an extra $25.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent. Who cares about a pool when they service is so pleasant and hassle free. Clean, stocked tiny bathroom essential including mouthwash. I liked that and water pressure was great. Wifi worked no problems. I slept great too. Thank you for making that so easy.
