M	Mrs. B-Lake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The idea of this place is great. It was very clean and comfortable. The lady at the desk was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the king size room. There was no ice available, no television and not even a glass around. I had to wait to take my medicine in the am because we didn't have a glass. I don’t think those are outrageous expectations for a hotel. A couple minor touches and easy accommodations to make it a nicer stay. If we would have taken the upgrade, maybe we would have had those things.
C	Chris P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had 3 adults in the riverview one bedroom (2 bathrooms) and it was very spacious and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the private space on the river and the balcony. Beach 2 is right across the road but if you plan to bring much with you to the beach, its advisable if you have a collapsible wagon of some sort. The owner has a place on the same property and it sounds like they do not tolerate partying crowds. The only complaint I can make is that the air conditioning unit is quite loud but we find that at many hotels/motels. Also there are no elevators so if you have a lot of stuff or have mobility issues, you may want to stick to the first floor.
f	funny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners keep saying can’t have extra guests on property and in this instance there were 16 people but they completely neglected the fact they had a booking for 2 separate rooms one family size two bedrooms with an occupant of 8 guests and another small room with an occupancy of 4 guests that makes it 12 guests that should be on the property. 3 extra people never stayed the night and we know cuz u made sure of it, they were only on the beach, only time they went in is to use the washroom and left at quite time sharp 10 pm which also you made sure of the only reason you were sour was because you offered $350 for another room that was out of order and we declined because the 3 guests never intended to stay in the first place. You had no right to keep the $800 deposit on both rooms on separate credit cards. That’s just greed all the way, we spend atleast a $1000 on rooms every year , year 2 and u have already lost that business . You don’t value your guests your just value their money . Worst $1900 for one night we ever spent .

They put a $500 hold on your credit card, but if you have no problem following basic instructions its returned at checkout, though this is different than many other properties, the location and quality of the hotel exceeds when your compare to other properties in the area. Would recommend if you are a responsible person otherwise I can imagine you have issues with your deposit.

We were so impressed with the suite and the service that we ended up staying an extra night. We had the one bedroom suite and were amazed at how modern it was finished. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with a stainless steel stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave - all were spotless and worked perfectly. The dishes were clean and modern. The suite itself was really nice, comfortable and very, very, clean. The king size bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel is only a short two minute walk to the beach, but also has its own little beach in the back by the docks with lounge chairs, umbrellas and couches to kick back in. There are even two webber BBQ's with all the utensils available for self-grilling. My family of three had an amazing stay here and will be back for sure. Thank you Cha for being so accommodating and going out of your way to make our stay so pleasant. This is the best place to stay in Wasaga for sure!

The beach is very nice and is a two minute walk from the hotel. Many thanks to Madame Cha for her kindness. If there were any questions or wishes, we could easily turn to her and she was happy to help us.

They were very hard working and always pleasant even through some of the ups and downs of building a brand new hotel. It trumps all other hotels in the area easily, only thing it compares to around here is the suites up at blue mtn. Also has the only restaurant in town that can be accessed from the river.
A	Angela Laughlin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just left the Wasaga Riverdocks this morning, this was our second year staying in this hotel. I don’t understand the negative reviews as we have had a great stay both times. Last year we rented one of the smaller suites and it wasn’t ideal for our family of 4 (2 adults, 1 child, 1 baby) so this year we rented a 2 bedroom suite and the size and layout was perfect. These suites come fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare and cook your own meals. This is particularly nice with young kids, not having to eat at restaurants every meal. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are modern and clean. The staff are so friendly, also helpful when you request things like new towels or other items. The location of this hotel is perfect for families, it’s a couple minute drive from the hustle and bustle of beach 1, so you don’t get the noise while trying to get your kids to sleep. When you step out the front door of the hotel and walk across the street you are steps away from the beach. Both stays this portion of the beach tended to be less busy which is nice when you have little ones running around. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice Wasaga getaway and look forward to staying at the Riverdocks again next year:)
