J	Jenna Bowerman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually the service at this London Drugs is great. However, last night (January 24th around 7pm) I was shopping for an electric toothbrush. My partner and I asked a lady for help to be able to look at the brushes since they were locked up. She seemed very angry we had asked for help. She said she would send someone, we waited 10-15 minutes and no one came. Once we gave up waiting, we just decided to go with one that was sitting out on the shelf that was on sale for only $60! Once we got to the self checkout, she called us over so she could do our transaction. We asked the lady why the toothbrush was on sale for such a good price because we were genuinely curious, and because no one was there to help us select one so we had lots of questions. She was so angry at us for asking a simple question and said, "What are you asking me are you saying we are sketchy?" and my partner and I immediately stopped asking any questions. She rolled her eyes at us and completely over-reacted. Then she sent us back to the self checkout because she thought we were buying Apple products but once she realized we weren't I guess she didn't want to serve us. I do not remember her name, but the customer service from her was absolutely terrible. It's a good thing I'm not a hot headed person because it seemed like she wanted to have a huge argument/fight with two innocent customers asking a question about a toothbrush. I spoke with my sister about my experience - and she asked me to describe the lady because she had a terrible experience with someone working at this London Drugs too. Turned out it was the same lady. So now I know it's not just me who had a negative experience with her.

Staff are always ready and willing to assist. Highly recommend this branch before purchasing from Amazon as they price match items which are sold and shipped directly from Amazon.
c	claire stubley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The photo lab does not even deserve the 1 star. I spent 40 minutes on the photo lab machine organizing and ordering photos, worth $100. Then spent 15 minutes waiting for service, finally after my patience had run out I wandered around the store until I found someone who told me he would get someone to help, I waited and waited, nobody came and i finally giving up, deleted my order and went somewhere else.. . Very frustrating.

Then coffee, which is always on sale, and La Cocina chips, chocolate bars, and San Pellegrino water, handmade soaps and candles, essential oils and eco friendly cleaning solutions.. toothpaste, hair products, sunglasses, coconut milk and bedsheets ! Earbuds, monitors, laptops, plus need an e-bike? Or a kayak? Or how about a paddleboard. Here here here. There are always so many deals.
