★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got there right after they closed, but it was so nice of one of their staff, Marah, to put some together for us and giving us a great recommendation on toppings. Amazing customer service always makes the experience 10x better. It was our first time tasting Lokmas, honestly these little treats are like a taste of heaven.

My wife waited 15 minutes for a pickup order and at last, finally she gave up and canceled the order. Very slow service and staff on duty never cared to bother about the delay.
I will prefer not to go there again to avoid the same disappointment.
2 stars for the variety of desserts they offer. Some look very good and delicious, but never got a chance to try any.

Lokmas weren't properly chocolate drizzled and they were too oily and no crunch left.
I also ordered a beuno shake and it was the worst shake i ever had. It was more of chocolate milk. I cant believe i paid $10 for chocolate milk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You'll have to excuse the photo.... we were so anxious to try the Lokma's that by the time we took a picture, the majority of them were gone! At first I wasn't quite sure what a "lokma" was but after reading so many fantastic reviews about these delicious light and airy desserts, I knew I had to try it. The dessert itself is very simple in the sense that it's fried dough....but it's not greasy and it doesn't feel heavy. The toppings are the show stopper. When you walk into Lokma, you will see all the options and maybe feel a bit overwhelmed. For our first visit, we chose the Nutella and Biscoff because you really can't go wrong with either of the two. If you're in Orleans and looking to try a new kind of dessert, I highly recommend it. Kids will love it too! Just make sure you have ample napkins on hand....they can get messy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place you wanna go back and forth forever. Similar to Mr Puff franchise. Remind me home country donuts and they are so light. My favorite is honey/cinnamon. White Belgium chocolate is also really really good but too sweet for me. You won't regret. Need to try it and let me tell you, you will go through the box of 50 like nothing. Trust me. ?????

The staff are friendly, humble and overall amazing. If you’re considering going, I would absolutely recommend it.
