Originally they were looking at having to keep my vehicle overnight but after some extra work on their part, they came back half an hour later to tell me they had sourced a rear window for me and they could have it done the same day. I dropped off my vehicle, they gave me a courtesy ride to and from my home and got me back on the road. The team was courteous, friendly, and informative. They did a great job - very thorough. Its been years since I've had outstanding customer service like this.

At 9am I drove down to their shop and was impressed by the staffs friendliness and professionalism. I was contact at 12:30 to let me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was presently surprised on how quick the installation was and to top it off...., my entire car was washed and clean upon arrival! It's those extra details that separate this shop from the rest. Good service is extremely hard to find these days... This shop is top notch and definitely went above and beyond all expectations. Congratulations team on a job well done!

I need to use my pass to enter a parking lot every day. After 2 years the film peeled off and broke my electric window on the driver’s side. I would not recommend this business to anyone. We have had installations on other vehicles in the past: never anything like this. Monica Belanger

Barry was fantastic and was able to get an appointment for me as soon as I called. I headed there right after I called and it was fixed within 30 minutes! Awesome place and great customer service.
K	Kate Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had first gone to Ziebart (recommended by Myers dealership) to have the weatherstripping on all my windows inspected because of condensation on the inside of the car. Barry had said it was not an issue, and had told me to crank the heat up to the floor for the day with my windows rolled down, while I did my errands to let the little bit of moisture evaporate. I returned a week later to have a car starter supplied and installed. They provided a shuttle to and from the shop and were done quicker than anticipated. The service was excellent. I would recommend and will use their services, if ever needed, in the future.

Barry Bird was our contact and he was phenomenal! He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and genuine. He is an installer as well, with decades of experience. I had complete confidence in Barry's skill and care. From the shuttle service to the detailing, the service is better than was expected. Sadly, the day I got the car back, there was a crack that formed while it was sitting in my driveway. I called Barry right away and he immediately apologized saying that normally doesn't happen, but that it would be covered. I arranged to have it replaced again later that week. As a consolation, they had applied Aquapel to the brand new windshield gratis! I was tremendously appreciative of the high level of service and customer care. I would highly recommend Barry and his team for all of your auto glass replacement, detailing and car care needs.
