They were very accommodating and willing to help out in any way they could, from us choosing jacket styles to putting in our order and updating us along the way. Les was a great help to us and the best part of all? We received our team jacket order a week before we were expecting them to be done! We have had team hockey jackets made at other companies in town almost every year for the past 6 years and have had some disappointing results...missed timelines being the number one issue. Not the case with Logos Embroidery. We will be looking at placing other orders with them in the future. Thanks for the great looking jackets!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t typically leave reviews, but I was very disappointed in the customer service I received at the Lethbridge location. The staff member I met with was very curt, almost rude in answering my questions and ideas. I was hoping we could work together to make something work, however I left feeling like he was not interested in my business. Perhaps if you are a larger organization or business he might feel it worthwhile to work with you, however I think if you are requiring something for a small local business - look elsewhere cause the unprofessional interaction is not worth it.

Was almost like he had no interest in my business. Zero customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Logos Embroidery numerous times for smaller personal items, and my husbands company has had huge orders with them so we r not strangers to this company. In the past they have been very good and I give them my idea but always leave the final decisions in their hands as they are the professionals and I express this each and every time. This last time I had work done I left very disappointed and the solution to rectify the problem was going to cost me an additional $20 plus ... guess their policy is not customer satisfaction. (this was at the Medicine Hat location)
