As a first time customer, they were still able to get a rush two week turn around time when others in the city told me it would be 4 weeks or more. They took the time to help me find the right product, the embroidery was phenomenal, and the price was lower than expected. Call Brittany directly and you won't be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! What a great experience! I could not be happier with the services and help I got from Fully Promoted. I worked predominantly with Brittany, who was amazing but everyone I spoke with throughout the process was extremely friendly and so very helpful. Also very patient. I was unsure about my colour selection. They helped me by showing me examples and giving me ideas as to why one might work better than the other. It really helped so much! In the end the final product was absolutely perfect!
It should also be pointed out that I was asking them for something that is not their usual modus operandi. Yet they still made it work so well! I think that extra mile speaks volumes by itself! Their services were very prompt and even though I gave them a tight deadline too, they made it all happen and literally helped make my Christmas possible.
And for all that excellent service and a perfect product, the price was well below what I had expected.
Their website is great and has lots and lots of details to help you figure out your project. I recommend doing some solid homework but then definitely go and see these lovely people in person.
I recommend Fully Promoted to everyone and Lethbridge is lucky to have such a great business with such an awesome group of people!
