Never thought I would get kicked off a golf course before 8:30pm in the middle of August because it was "too dark". The marshall probably just wanted to go home early. Not to mention the starter let an unscheduled group start ahead of us, even though we were 10 minutes early to our 4:30 tee time. We were on track to play within 4 hours and still got told to leave when we were on the 18 tee box....Very poorly managed. I would be embarrassed if I worked there. I highly recommend no one plays here. I will never be going back. Plenty of other options in the area.
B	Burnuts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Course was in good shape! It’s a tight course so tee shots count! The Marshall’s are a little out of touch with customer service. First nine was completely on pace and we got a talking too and then he repeated himself many times trying to drive home his point! Not to mention he was getting right up too us with no mask on! Other than that one guy it’s a good go!
J	John W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous course managed by annoying, nasty people. I wouldn't play it again even if offered a free round to compensate for the terrible service. Amongst the problems was constant haranguing to play 5-7 minutes faster, even though we were playing at pace. My foursome's game suffered as we tried to play faster; and we stopped enjoying the beautiful day and the lovely course. Too bad. Great course. But we will not return. -------- I spoke with the general manager about our experience on the course. But she was in denial, and very combative about it. She was more interested in telling me her view of things, from behind a desk, than listening to and correcting the problems there. All four of us were unhappy with our experience playing this course. But her attitude simply made matters worse! A change of management is clearly needed if they hope to provide a decent golf experience for players. To be successful, they need to consider their customers an asset rather than a liability. It's surprising to me to now read the many negative reviews of the course due to poor management. And they still don't get it.
M	Matthew Ingrassia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing piece of land, some fantastic holes to play. Blue tees make it a nice challenge, especially with some interesting carries and club decisions to make. Staff were exceptionally nice. Outdoor patio is large and well deserved after walking the course on a "heat wave" day. Warm up range is good for a pre-round hit, full size for all clubs, and putting green is huge. Water throughout the course, marshes, ponds and / or streams. Some small greens, challenging Par 5s, hard to reach in 2 due to size of green and elevation. Fun to play, challenging, requires some strategy to navigate, and yet allows you just enough to score well if get off the blocks in good shape.
N	N H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice course ... grumpy staff . Grumpy enough for me to not come back as a member . Also the mens league gift was golf shoes and the women got little purse wallets . I couldn't believe it . The mens league is awful too . Takes almost four hours sometimes for 9 holes along with multiple teams waiting on the deck to tee off . Don't waste your time here .
W	Wendy Russell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful course with some long and challenging elevated greens. One of the nicest courses in the area with lots of trees, wildlife and lily pad laden ponds. My only reason to hold back one star is the rate of play. The wait for slow play and teams stacking up was frustrating.
D	Darrin Govers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The golf course is very well maintained, with the exception of a few holes that are quite marshy (not much they can do). I read a lot of reviews about staff, but everyone was friendly with us and the pace was about 4 hrs 20 min. I would say the price of the round is slightly high for comparables, but not too far off. Overall a very good experience and will probably attend once a year or so.
