Réservation 0 Service à la clientelle 0 Perte de temps une reservation est fait apres 45 minutes au bureau de location, on nous que la reservation devait se completer par un appel.... Fin de semain gachée... Éviter cette place!
Reservation 0 Customer service 0 Waste of time a reservation is made after 45 minutes at the rental office, we were told that the reservation had to be completed by a call .... End of the week wasted ... Avoid this place!

Pire expérience de location ever!! Employé arrogant.. J'ai loué une caravan. J'ai fait environ 30 km. J'ai mis 20$ d'essence, même si je trouve que c'est beaucoup. A mon retour, le monsieur me dit qu'il manque de l'essence. Je lui ai montré l'odomètre et la facture d'essence. Il m'a dit qu'il s'en foutait et que s'il allait mettre l'essence lui-même que cela.allait me coûter beaucoup plus cher et qu'il avait ma carte de crédit dans son système. Un vrai arrogant, impoli. Jamais je ne recommenderai d'aller à cet endroit. Il y a beaucoup d'autres alternatives. Je ne sais pas si le proprio est aux faits de ses employés. Désolé pour lui, mais je n'y retourneai plus c'est certain..
Worst rental experience ever!! Arrogant employee.. I rented a caravan. I did about 30 km. I put $20 in gas, even though I think that's a lot. On my return, the gentleman told me that he lacked gasoline. I showed him the odometer and the gas bill. He told me he didn't care and if he was going to put the gas himself it was going to cost me a lot more and that he had my credit card in his system. A real arrogant, impolite. I would never recommend going to this place. There are many other alternatives. I don't know if the owner is aware of his employees. Sorry for him, but I won't go back there again that's for sure..

Hier j’ai loué un Dodge Grand Caravan 2020 et au moment de la transaction le représentant m’avait assuré que le véhicule était plein d’essence. J’ai pris le véhicule à 23716 Km et l’ai retourné à 23769 Km ce qui fait un total de 53 Km. Lors du plein d’essence au retour du véhicule j’ai dû mettre 12,96 litres d’essence ce qui représente en faisant une règle de trois 24,45 litres au 100 kilomètres. Le même représentant qui m’avait loué le véhicule m’a dit que lui avait bien vérifié l'état du plein avant de me remettre les clés du véhicule et qu’il ne pouvait pas rien faire. pourtant hier après avoir parcouru à peu près un kilomètre que l'aiguille de l'indicateur d'essence n'était pas vraiment sur le F. Je ne met pas en cause la gentillesse du représentant mais le fait du manque de professionalisme en ce qui concerne la remise d'un véhicule non conforme au contrat de location. C'est moi le consommateur qui doit payer parce qu'un employé n'a pas pris le temps de bien vérifier l'indicateur du plein d'essence.
Yesterday I rented a 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan and at the time of the transaction the representative assured me that the vehicle was full of gas. I picked up the vehicle at 23716 Km and returned it at 23769 Km which makes a total of 53 Km. represents by making a rule of three 24.45 liters per 100 kilometers. The same representative who had rented me the vehicle told me that he had checked the state of the tank before giving me the keys of the vehicle and that he could not do anything. yet yesterday after having traveled about a kilometer the needle of the fuel indicator was not really on the F. I do not question the kindness of the representative but the fact of the lack of professionalism in what concerns the return of a vehicle that does not comply with the rental contract. I'm the consumer who has to pay because an employee didn't take the time to properly check the full gas indicator.

Don't waste your time. Firstly I called to get a rental vehicle and called the local phone number. Ended up with someone someplace else who said he had to call the dispatcher to see what vehicles were available and would call back in 2 minutes. I'm still waiting for a call back 2 weeks later. Guess they don't need the business. I was also quoted $780 for a 4 day rental. Almost double all the other rental companies. Got a vehicle from Enterprise for $482. Far better prices with all the other well known companies and they go out of their way to get you on the road. These guys have horrible customer service and prices.

They are really nice and gentle. Luc attended us when we pick it up the truck and return. Easy and nice person. Good truck
