He add charges to your bill and if you don't question them then you get screwed! He is a Young unprofessional guy. I had to unfortunately deal with this guy two times and not by choice. He thinks he knows it all but he doesn't, I had to pay my own notary to deal with this guy because I just could not stand his unprofessionalism!!! He held my $240K cheque for over a week and kept telling me it wasn't ready, I then found out the cheque was always ready !!! Very immature, I would not recommend his services!!
H	Holly Dunn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i had very good experience with Danny, i was worried about it at first from the reviews but i gave it a shot anyway since not everyone will write honest reviews, but anyway i find he was very organized, straight to the point and a bucket full of well needed information. i didnt have to wait long in general from the loan then the purchased (1 month worth of time), with the papers looked over (the taxes and all) signed, and got the keys to my home within 2 weeks with no surprises or hassles. it was pretty clean cut for me which made me very happy. make sure you get all your information first, ask all your questions no matter the time and you get your answers, and you will get the best services like i did :)
