★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time using this law office and I'm super frustrated - I hired them because of all their great google reviews - we did the paper work 2 months ago but still do not have any physical document in our hands - I have emailed Heidi directly 5 times with no respond from her or her office - professionalism says that emails should be responded accordingly not just ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst real estate transaction of my life as a direct result of Heidi Robinson. Heidi consistently failed to return phone calls, ignored my voicemails, and didn't respond to emails.
My closing date was missed and 3 days late.
Never in the 12 real estate transactions I've done have I ever had an experience this unprofessional. If you value transparency, communication, and your home closing on time, this is NOT the business for you.
