★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crispy beef became soggy beef, general Tao chicken became general not tao good chicken and Singapore noodle became.......... I don't got something for that but it was bad.
I implore you to find different Chinese restaurant to order your meal from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best vegetable spring rolls I have ever had. The shell was nice and thin so you could really taste the vegetables.
I also ordered the Singapore noodles which were absolutely delicious. They weren’t too spicy and they were full of shrimp and meat.
Would definitely recommend to a friend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can honestly say this is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Gatineau. We’ve tried many places that were good but lacked a certain something. The dumplings were full and super flavourful, the combo plates were huge and chicken balls were amazing. General Tao was just a bit bland, but still good. Will order again for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly the best thing was the white rice. Crispy beef should be crispy not soggy beef. The noodles in black bean sauce with beef, the beef was so chewy and hard to eat with barely any sauce. 1 egg roll out of 4 was not burst open in the middle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely delicious! We just tried Chez Bo for the first time, and we'll definitely be back!
I was initially impressed, as the restaurant called to confirm the allergy I'd written down on the online order, and to review the entire order with me to make sure I was safe.
When we got home, everything was hot, and tasted great. There was no saturation of oil, and everything was cooked perfectly, and had so much flavor. The bell peppers were cooked, but still nicely crisp. The beating on the chicken was crisp, and not soggy. And the chicken fried rice was so good.
I am thrilled that Chez Bo is close to our house, as we'll be coming back soon!
