★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For those considering building a home with Liza Communities here is a friendly warning. Our home is now over a year and a half delayed, we have received eight delays - none of which followed the Tarion schedule. The team at Mansouri Living aka Liza Communities disregards our questions, they don't answer our phone calls or emails. The process of choosing "upgrades" was confusing, pushy and unnecessarily expensive. The staff were fine when they still wanted to get our commitment and money, but once we signed the paperwork we had nothing but problems and unanswered questions, frustration and disappointment. I genuinely don't want others to go through what we're going through and hope that you will do your research before buying a new build home with Mansouri/Liza.
