★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bob experience was good. Hearing and hearing aids cause changes and problems that Greg seems to adjust. The admin staff do a wonderful job and are always pleasant to deal with. The only complaint is that it told 10 days to get an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a very minor repair to one of my hearing aides, a few days before Christmas. I was seen 1 hour after I phoned so there would be no problems for the holidays. When I first arrived they took both my hearing aides and gave them a very thorough cleaning. Ana then proceeded to repair the ear wig and also installed the most recent upgrade to my hearing aides, then calibrated them to allow me to actually hear better. She checked my records and informed me of my current eligibility dates and amounts that would be covered as information only for planning purposes, not as a sales pitch. Ana then scheduled an appointment to having my hearing assessed. My experience was extremely positive.
