The hearing aid Colleen recommend for my him has given him the best hearing he has had in years. As my fathers health has declined and his mobility has become very limited, Colleen now comes to him. This has been such a blessing. When my father didn’t hear he was very isolated and now with his improved hearing, he is able to enjoy the simple things in life again. When he didn’t hear, this was not possible. I would highly recommend Capital City Hearing.

Kevin made sure that the products I was seeking not only were satisfactory to my standards. He made sure that through this process I was given the time to make sure that I made the correct choice. This all took a few months, not being pressured was greatly appreciated. This is only my experience, hopefully you will have the same.

The appointment booking was easy and quick to get into. The staff was friendly from the moment I walked in the door until I left. The clinic was clean. The doctor was clear in the diagnosis. Great work Kevin and Linda for being leader in customer service and patient care. They were set up and able to bill directly to my Alberta Blue Cross plan.

I have never been given the care and attention like I was at my visit. I missed my first appointment due to family emergency. The receptionist asked how my daughter was doing when she called back to rebook me. The audiologist answered all my questions and helped me work through my thoughts about what could be the cause of my problems. Seriously a great place to go!
