โ โ โ โ โ I would highly recommend this store. I needed a replacement for Monte Carlo fan. Initially thought it was the remote but it turned out to be the receiver. They had to order from the States. They willingly refunded the remote and now the receiver is on the way. Thank you John and Darlene for your excellent customer service.

โ โ โ โ โ Best Living Lighting franchise place I visited recently. And I was in many as I just moved into a new home. Ironically I stopped coming there years ago as it was totally run-down by previous owners. So accidently I stopped by and what's the Heck? So clean, so advanced, completely different. Impressive place, bought some lights and will buy more. Prices are better than in other Living Lighting places across GTA. I was as I said in many recently. Also selection is very good.

โ โ โ โ โ Lighting specialist John aided me in finding a specific glass cover for a given fixture. It was not in stock at Living Lighting so he directed me to another vendor. I recently received the glass covers and they fit perfectly. Thanks to John for his help. I would recommend him highly.

โ โ โ โ โ We ordered our kitchen pendant lights at LL, Richmond Hill, and 4yrs later, we had to go back to request a replacement glass for the light, as we were preparing to sell our home. Despite the Pandemic, the service we received was exceptional! With Covid our order took months to arrive but JOHN went above and beyond by delivering order to our old house upon arrival. JOHN was a gentleman through and through - hard to find this quality these days!! Thank you to the JOHN!!
