I highly recommend Live Active Sports Medicine. Over the past few years, I have gone there for a couple of different reasons and each time I have had my issues resolved. My physiotherapist (Kaitlin Phillips) always performs a comprehensive assessment and thoroughly explains the nature of my injury so that I understand how it occurred and what treatment is needed to correct it. The home exercise programs she has designed for me are effective and easy to consistently follow.

This is a great clinic! I've been a regular with Taylor and Arman for chiro and physio. Especially the acupuncture sessions with Arman have been a game changer in my performance

The entire staff is fantastic. I came to LiveActive after having major labrum shoulder surgery. My physiotherapist was Arman and he was terrific and completely professional. My surgeon was impressed with my progress and he even felt I was ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend LiveActive

I've been seeing Arman for the past couple of months for a couple of issues. He is so thorough and detailed in assessing what the symptoms are and then coming up with treatment and exercises. My recovery has been nothing short of absolutely amazing! Arman has exceeded my expectations immensely and I can't recommend him enough. The Physi-App program is also a very useful tool that Arman uses to help with our exercise homework. Keep up the great work Arman. ?

This place gets a 3 star based a couple of factors: This is a very big clinic with what I would consider state of the art equipment and facilities. However, on the other side I was left feeling that primary focus was on maximizing the billable time vs spending on active treatment. I say this for the following reasons: I was told (not to my surprise) that the first visit is an hour (60 mins) with mostly assessment and some treatment. The first session we were done at the 45 min mark after a very thorough assessment and booking follows ups. I was told there no time for treatment and we could end the session. Understandable (but I am sure we could have used those 10-15 mins to go through exercises). Well it was the first time, I did not say anything. Got booked in for 45 min sessions, given I would need acupuncture and stuff - I was accustomed to 30 mins, but I thought may be the therapist wanted to spend more time in one sitting, given my case. Irrespective, at second session we finish at 35 min mark and started chit chatting and was told we were done. I pointed out, that we were done quite early last time as well and asked do we really need 45 mins. I was informed, it the clinic policy to finish 5 mins early to clean up given Covid and that if I booked 30 minute sessions I would only get 25 minutes of treatment. I wanted to persist and give benefit of doubt. Third session was great as there was lot of treatment I couldn't keep track of time as there was mix of everything. I was given some exercises to work at home and also made sure the therapist saw my mobility. The fourth session, there was active treatment for 10 minutes. I advised I couldn't do one of the exercises - it turned out I was sent the wrong video as it had a different variation than what we did. We redid that and added a couple other exercises and I did the sets. We got to 25 minutes, and then I was asked to do the same exercises over again. I asked would it not be a better use of time if I did it at home, was advised they want to make sure I was doing the right mechanics (well I had just completed all of them with the right mechanics), the person was on the computer most of the time vs really watching my "mechanics". Even though I have the fortune of having coverage, I don't agree with being billed for cleaning time and spending time doing exercises, especially when I have already done them for one set at the clinic - just to fill up time and going to the 45 min mark. While this may work for some, not the kind of patient focus and care I had hoped for.

I can't speak highly enough of LiveActive. I came in with a couple of injuries from the wear and tear of playing sports my whole life and was no longer playing at an optimal level. I had a slap lesion, a pulled groin that just didn't seem to want to heal, and weight gain from COVID. Needless to say, I wasn't a very happy athlete. I was sincerely worried I'd need surgery, which hey it happens, but I gave physio a go first. Arman is a literal lifesaver. He worked with me meticulously and set up a plan to put me back into action. From acupuncture to physical conditioning, Arman does it all, and you can tell he thoroughly enjoys his craft. He even helped me jump through some mental barriers caused by these injuries. I'm pleased to say, with his help, that I'll be returning to Softball this summer, harder, stronger, and faster. I highly recommend! Thank you!

I have nothing but great things to say about Live Active Sports. The staff are courteous, professional and friendly. Dr. Pratile goes above and beyond for his patients and really cares. He has helped so much with my chronic neck issues and uncovered root causes that practitioners have missed. Highly recommend!

I see Arman twice a week currently but have been a patient of Arman for a few years. I’m a high performance athlete which makes my physical health one of my number one priorities and Arman is one of the only people I trust with my therapy. Great person, great physical therapist 1000000% recommend!
