I have been seeing Nicole K, the dietitian for about 5 sessions and it has been great. She is easy going, knowledgeable and able to tailor things to your goals, without being pushy. She has kept me accountable and got me thinking about many things I could improve. Lovely clinic right on Lakshore , easy to access and really nice staff. Give them a try for sure!

Great vibe, location, service!! Lots of parking out front. Clean and inviting office. I picked this office even though it was further than other chiropractors because Dr Etwaroo takes more time with his patients. He offers more than the old school 2 minute chiropractic adjustment. He does acupuncture and deep tissue work, in addition to an adjustment. All the staff are amazing here, highly recommend this office for all your health needs!!

I am so thankful for this space and all the amazing staff that are there, truly making this a community service. I met Melanie about 5yrs ago as members at a local yoga studio and have watched her compassion toward building an inclusive and holistic space only grow. When I became a yoga instructor my body began going through a period of adjustment and eventually I was experiencing a lot of pain. In a passing conversation she had mentioned a new member to their team, Clarke Thompson (Osteo Manual Therapist), and how intuitive his skills were. I booked an initial visit and right away felt comfortable and able to work with him on figuring out my pain. It had been building for 3yrs to the point where I was worried it would be either permanent or need invasive surgery. My GP did little, saying it was just a symptom of getting older. Clarke saw me a total of 4x and got to me to point where there is no pain at all. We discussed preventative exercises and long term care. Clarke's mission is to get a patient to the place where they don't need to come back. Most people see therapists for YEARS, Clarke wants to provide actual change by virtue of aligning you body so it can facilitate its own healing. I've become a bit of an Osteo junkie and see him occasionally when an injury occurs. I like to call these visits "tune-ups" - one offs that keep my body in great health. This past year I began visiting Melanie to discuss my emotional, energetic and nutritional health. I wasn't prepared for how full spectrum her services are. When asked what my health goals were I expressed I wanted to have "normal" energy levels and better sleep and digestion. She right away let me know she is all about providing EXTRORDANARY health both physically and emotionally. I was reduced to tears speaking with her realizing how I had been limiting myself. Knowing I have limited income, she has helped me to find a sliding scale of treatment. Providing a plan with different tiers based on what I can afford at the time (supplements etc). She also gave me many options and ideas that are free to set my health in the right direction. I haven't had services from any of the other practitioners, but I have crossed paths with most of them and find them to be super warm. Yvonne and Sarah are great to chat with and are there for all you needs. I did an evening workshop with Melanie and Petra and found Petra to be such a knowledgeable therapist and casual enough to feel at ease sharing. ONE Health is a hugely positive place in the Long Branch community and has improved my life in ways I didn't see coming. Thank you!

Dr. Melanie DeCunha is a phenomenal naturopath! She is so kind, down to earth, and knowledgable. She is so passionate about your health and well being. Everyone in her clinic is amazing. I've seen Kristen for massages, Dr. Etwaroo for chiropractic treatments, Clarke for osteopathic treatments, and have had nothing but positive experiences. Every time I walk into the clinic, I'm greeted by Sarah and her infectious smile. The clinic and the entire team are so warm and friendly, and I always feel so welcome. I will be a long time patient for years and years to come!!

I've had over a dozen appointments with various practitioners at One Health Services and my experience has been excellent. Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional in the service they provide. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to heal a nagging issue or someone who wants to make a positive change in their life. I've seen Dr. DeCunha for a few years now and every experience has been consistent. She is always punctual, friendly and personable. Her staff are willing to go above and beyond and always follow up after an appointment. I never feel judged, feel like I am rushed, and never feel like any health related question I ask is stupid. By far, the BEST clinic in the city and I highly recommend everyone to visit and see for themselves.

Dr. DeCunha has been instrumental in my health journey for a few years and has played an even bigger role now that I’m postpartum. Her clinic is wonderful - clean, calm and welcoming, definitely worth the drive from Stoney Creek. Added bonus, lots of parking right out front. More recently I have switched to virtual appointments which are incredibly convenient. I highly recommend Dr. DeCunha and ONE Health Services.

I cannot in good faith recommend this place. About a year ago, I had the flu. I tried to cancel two appointments I had scheduled but was told that I would have to pay for the sessions. With a fever, I attended but was so ill I was shaking. I advised that I needed to leave as I was so ill and asked if I could perhaps see Dr. Melanie. Dr. Melanie was not available, even though I had an appointment with her that day. I ended up leaving as I could not function to be there for 2 hours. I was charged and was made to pay before I left. This is a place that is supposed to be supportive and help you get well! Not the case. After this experience, I realized this place is only about the money. They lost me as a patient over they very strict cancelation policy. Also, she repeatedly forgot to order what she recommended and sold other items to me as a replacement. I should add that I asked to speak with Melanie directly and she never called me back. She had the very nice receptionist call me. Poor patient service.

ONE Health Services is an amazing holistic wellness clinic, offering many amazing practitioners that I've had the pleasure of interacting with! I've personally received osteopathy and naturopathy. Working with Melanie provided so much insight that I was immediately able to apply and see results from. I feel safe in this space and highly recommend for anyone living with chronic pain and/or invisible illnesses.
