Was looking forward to checking out this ice cream place…
Major disappointment with the quality of the ice cream itself. Tastes like a cheap to mid - price ice cream from superstore. Ice cream was not creamy nor smooth, it was very icy , too sweet, with sharp artificial flavours. Furthermore the staff did not quite know what was in the ice cream itself (eg: were there artificial flavours added ?), however one of the staff seemed to know a little bit. It was also overpriced!! (Over $6.5 per one scoop)
The positives - lots of staff and it was clean
If you ARE looking for an excellent ice cream- try Made by Marcus ice cream in Calgary! Flavours are clean, creamy, no artificial aftertaste, no icy crystals, cheaper (?!) and the staff know exactly how every flavour is made . I’m a recent convert !
