They are very knowledgeable, but more importantly they seem to have a unique approach of making personalized recommendations that are best for you, the car and the situation. Super cute dog is just as friendly as they are!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m from out of town, and needed a couple specific tools for a simple repair on my car. I stopped in to see if they could help me out and lend me a couple tools, I am a mechanic and could make the repair myself. They were very kind and helpful and lent me a couple tools that I needed to make the repair. Excellent service! Very friendly… I would highly recommend doing business with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our vehicle broke down in Canmore while we were staying in Banff; our alternator needed to be changed. Upon arranging everything with the shop, the staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They gave us recommendations with what to do with the towing saving us $150 dollars. They also squeezed us in their schedule to fix our vehicle. They had great communication throughout the whole process. They also provided recommendations for the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't start my car for two days during a recent cold-snap and was parked too far away from anything else to plug it in. I got it towed to Little Garage after two tow truck drivers said my car was behaving really weirdly when we tried to boost it and start it. The mechanic at Little Garage plugged my car in, warmed it and it started right up (they also informed me I had a block heater. Clearly I don't know very much about cars). And they didn't charge me for any labour, which blew me away. My only disappointment is that I didn't get to meet this dog that so many reviews mention. Thanks so much for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little Garage has BY FAR given me the BEST customer service as far as a mechanic shop goes. Always helpful, accomodating and honest. The shop is knowledgable and explains things in a clear way so you know what you are getting. I do some work on my car myself, and what I can't figure out I take to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best mechanic I’ve ever been to. They got our old Subaru into safe and good condition, and now keep our electric Hyundai in perfect shape. When we got the electric car, I was very happy to find that these are very committed to advancing their knowledge around car tech/EVs - much more so than some of the dealers we’ve been to that are selling and maintaining EVs. We had to get a minor warranty job done and they went above and beyond to make sure we had detailed documentation of the issue so that we didn’t waste a trip in to the dealer. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly helpful and friendly. I purchased a used vehicle from a Nissan dealership in Calgary, trusting (foolishly) the dealership's inspection & vehicle history report. It became rapidly apparent that the vehicle was a lemon, and I took it to the Little Garage for a safety inspection, where they found the were indeed many issues the dealership had not disclosed. The Little Garage went above and beyond outlining what steps I could take with the dealership, and even found a posting from the previous, brief owner of the vehicle (the dealership had claimed this was a one owner vehicle - turns out, it wasn't!!!) who had successfully returned the vehicle to Nissan after experiencing similar issues.
Bonus: the garage has a very sweet dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always felt that my car is safe in the hands of this garage. I know some girls might feel uncomfortable going in for car repairs alone, but I have always had great experiences here. The owner is always super up front and sets priorities so you can do repairs in the most cost effective way. I feel confident in their knowledge along with great customer service. The shop dog is awesome too, so all around great place to bring your vehicle!
