β β β β β My wife placed an online order, then later went to pick it up. Asked lady to grab it, she was told to get it herself. So she did, grabbed the bag (which was closed and tied with our code on it). Brought it home, was missing cinnamon bites. After calling the store, she was told she was wrong, it was her fault, and basically called a liar. Was repeatedly told they would send pictures to prove how "wrong" she was, not just by one but two individuals.
Their solution was to drive all the way back to the store which isn't super close and difficult having to pack the kids up (with one having a melt down amidst all of this).
Seriously, what should have been a quick $6 refund and good customer service turned into a condescending experience. Have launched a complaint to head office, will never eat here again.

β β β β β I always get the Deep Dish, and this location does a great job. Crispy and crunchy crust, lots of cheese and a good amount of pepperoni. The creamy garlic sauce is really good.

Asked quite a few times about the reward card (size of a name card, pouch a hole for every pizza), and the owner keeps saying the company is working on some new program and no more such reward cards. Today, asked another employee and got one, so questioned the owner and he said they just got it; questioned him for such a coincidence and he seized the card, torn it and told me not to come back.

β β β β β Went to grab a late night snack at 9:52pm - hoping to get the last of the pizzas in the warmer. Door was locked, with girl working the front counter sitting on her phone 8 mins to close. Advertises hours as being open till 10:00pm, and usually are, but someone got lazy tonight it seems. 1/5 stars

β β β β β The lady on the phone was absolutely MISERABLE, wow. I asked for a cheese calzony, you know the one they had as a limited time offer that I ordered last week? Yea so its no longer available, and the lady on the phone proceeds to say they have never had a cheese calzony in the rudest of manners because she thought I said really? She was quite offended and proceeded to be rude, I honestly don't know why they have her on the phone. If you hate tossing pizza for a living wage get out... your useless really.
