She first did an outstanding job of selling a home for my mother in law who is a tough cookie but Lisa won her over in spades with her hard work and professionalism. I know if mom loved her, she must be good! We then asked Lisa to help sell our primary home in early 2021 as we were planning to relocate to the interior. Even before we went into contract with her, she kept us informed of market updates and provided us with information that helped us decide the best time to place our house on the market. We put it up for sale in the dead of winter, typically a slow time. But Lisa saw a key opportunity for us to sell in a market quickly heating up. She helped guide us with staging and brought in the best pros for floor plans and photos for the marketing material. When it was go time, Lisa arranged for multiple showings right away and was able to sell our home in 5 days, over asking price!
